Ten new sculptures recommended by the Newport Beach City Arts Commission and approved by the City Council that will be a part of Phase V of the Sculptural Exhibition in Civic Center Park have been announced. The sculptures were selected from submissions received by a national call for entries based on artistic talent, durability, practicality and site appropriateness.
