The Red-Carpet Premiere’s first 100% all-vegan cooking competition and reality show PEELED™ took place on September 24th, 2022, at the Directors Guild of America (DGA) in Los Angeles. PEELED is making television history with its all-vegan cast cooking up compassion to raise money for worthy causes. Four talented chef contestants also compete to win a stay at Mother Earth Vegan Hotel in Costa Rica. The winner’s dessert dish will appear on the menu of select locations at Copper Branch, the largest international vegan restaurant chain.

eVogued
eVogued, a US-based online marketplace offering sustainable fashion to end consumers, partnered with Peeled to dress Celebrity Vegan Josephine Clemens. eVogued selected urban and minimalistic Spanish designer Susana Álvarez as the leading stylist for Chef Josephine Clemens. For the accessories, eVogued selected Araceli Garcia, an exceptional artist capable of transforming any fashion accessory or garment into an actual canvas.
Araceli Garcia
Araceli’s end products are always unique and distinctive pieces of wearable art. She created a unique handbag for the Peeled red-carpet event, specifically for Chef Josie. The handbag is hand-painted and made of cactus leather, bound with snap hardware and cufflink button closure. Its handle was 3D printed with PLA, a compostable bioplastic from cassava or corn. Susana Alvarez
Susana’s proposal to Chef Josie was groundbreaking and sophisticated. The haute couture piece is made of high-quality eco-friendly dark blue denim GOTS sealed. This sensational jumpsuit is crafted with interesting cut lines to emphasize the silhouette. In addition, it has long sleeves topped and accented with giant black chiffon ruffles on the shoulders and throughout the sleeves. This fantastic design provides a casual and comfortable look yet innovative and sophisticated- a signature trait of the designer.
At the event, Chef Josephine beautifully wore Susana’s outstanding piece, “Josie eco-friendly denim jumpsuit.” and Araceli’s Mini Beetle handbag.
Etxart & Panno
The other designer selected by eVogued was Etxart & Panno, a women’s fashion firm founded in 1988 in Barcelona and characterized by its daring designs for women seeking sensuality and sophistication. EVogued CEO Ana Launes wore the Samantha Maxi Dress, and the Pipas Cobalt Blue Maxi Dress was worn by Ana Cobos from Cobos PR.
