The long-awaited opening of The Hall Global Eatery at South Coast Plaza has happened. The highly anticipated new concept, created by acclaimed chef Amar Santana and restaurateur Ahmed Labbate (of VACA and Broadway fame) features a bright and vibrant dining experience highlighting Mediterranean flavors and imaginative seafood in a unique, contemporary setting. It is designed as a 10,000-square-foot dining and patio space with a vast array of selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are offered the options of fast-casual, grab-and-go and leisurely dining. The Patisserieoffers house-made pastries, along with paninis, sandwiches, salads, gourmet coffee and fresh-squeezed juices. The fast-casual Mediterranean Grill features combo plates and wraps, plus rotisseries of chicken, beef and lamb and kebobs with choice of grain and two sides. The Crudo offers the freshest of seafoods with hot dishes as well, and the Charcuterieconsists of house-made pates and 40 rotating cheeses.
