Presented by ArtsOC, the 20th Annual Orange County Arts Awards were held at Samueli Theater at Segerstrom Center for the Arts to the delight of a bevy of arts lovers. Along with beloved arts leaders, philanthropists and organizations being honored, entertainment was provided by special guest artists, who were well received by all.
